End User License Agreement

Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and QRsafer ("we", "our", or "us") governing your use of our QR code security scanning application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use our App.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a mobile device that you own or control for your personal, non-commercial use.

This license includes the right to:

• Modify, alter, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
• License, sublicense, or redistribute the App
• Copy or reproduce the App except as expressly permitted
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to derive any source code or underlying ideas
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the App

Ownership

The App is licensed to you, not sold. We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or service marks.

App Store Terms

This EULA is between you and QRsafer only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple") or Google LLC ("Google"). QRsafer, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the App and its content. You acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted:

• The App Store terms of service (for iOS users)
• The Google Play terms of service (for Android users)

You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

You acknowledge that QRsafer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, intellectual property infringement claims, or any claim that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements.

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Free Version

The free version of our App provides basic QR code security scanning and cloud-only standard services.

The free version includes advertisements and has limited features.

Free features are subject to change at any time.

Premium Version

The premium version provides comprehensive QR code security scanning using multiple scanners and security providers.

• Premium features include ad-free usage, instant results
• Enhanced threat detection through various specialized security providers
• Unlimited scan history and the best privacy policy
• Advanced cloud detection and local search agents
• URL expansion and domain block/allow projects for domain control
• QR code error correction and reconstruction capabilities

Payment and Billing

• Payment for premium subscriptions is processed through Apple's In-app Purchase for iOS users or Google Play Billing for Android users
• By subscribing to our premium service, you authorize the applicable payment system to charge your selected payment method at the subscription fee
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Subscription Period and Renewal

• Premium subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis
• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it
• To cancel, follow the cancellation process in your App Store or Google Play account settings
• The renewal charge will be the same as the original subscription fee unless we notify you of pricing changes

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT ACCESS WILL BE CONTINUOUS OR UNINTERRUPTED. YOU DOWNLOAD AND USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL QRSAFER OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA
• ANY OTHER MATTER RELATED TO THE APP

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QRsafer and its officers, directors, employees, agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of this EULA.

Term and Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. You may terminate this EULA by deleting the App and all copies from your devices.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App, and all rights granted to you under this EULA will terminate.

Export Regulations

You may not use or export or re-export the App except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App was obtained. The App may not be used by persons in certain embargoed countries or by persons on various prohibited party lists.

Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without giving effect to any conflicts of laws principles that may require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of this EULA is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this EULA at any time by posting the amended EULA on our website or within the App. Your continued use of the App following such posting constitutes your agreement to the amended EULA.
