Verify the address workflow independently

1. Close the scanned page and find the mailroom through the school's official housing, mail, or campus directory page.
2. Confirm the package record and whether an address correction is actually required.
3. Ask for the official account or form route and verify the mailroom, housing office, carrier, or provider that owns it.
4. Confirm the expected current and new address fields, effective date, package effect, recipient, and confirmation.
5. Verify any forwarding, redelivery, storage, or correction fee's purpose, amount, recipient, processor, and receipt.

Pause for mismatched or excessive requests

• The official mailroom cannot find the package or confirm that an address change is needed.
• A generic form asks for a student password, recovery code, bank login, unrelated identity document, or account approval.
• The page redirects the package, changes the recipient, or releases a locker without explaining the effect.
• The requested information exceeds what the confirmed delivery task needs.
• A return deadline or added fee prevents you from verifying the request through the official service.

If you already submitted the form

1. Preserve the QR image, final URL, package number, claimed provider, submitted fields, address, time, and confirmation.
2. Contact the official mailroom and tell staff exactly what you entered or changed.
